JK Tyre and Industries introduces next gen tyres for commercial vehicles

Jk Tyre and Industries have launched new range of tyres for the commercial vehicles industry. The company have introduced four four new variants: JETWAY JUM XM, JETWAY JUC XM, JETSTEEL JDC XD, and JETWAY JUXe for electric buses. The development of these new tyres have been made possible with the help of JK Tyre's advanced R&D centre in Mysuru.

JETWAY JUM XM:

The JETWAY JUM XM has a 4-Star Rating with an RRc value of 4.9 KN/n. This makes it the most energy-efficient tyre in its category. These tyres are tubeless are designed for buses and trucks for better fuel economy and efficiency. The tyres claim to cut fuel expenses for approximately 50% of total operating costs in India.

JETWAY JUC XM and JETSTEEL JDC XD:

JETWAY JUC XM and JETSTEEL JDC XD tyres are developed to meet the current demand and offer enhanced performance, durability, and efficiency.The JUC XM have a remarkable 10% longer tyre life and has been developed for tippers and trailers. They deliver lower operational costs and increased efficiency, making it an ideal choice. On the other hand the JDC XD tyre is made to handle the demanding requirements of heavy-load transportation, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability even in on- and off-road conditions. Known for its durability and sturdiness, the tyre is built for use in tippers on drive and dummy axles.

JETWAY JUXe:

JETWAY JUXe are specially designed for electric buses. It is a revolutionary tyre in the category looking to redefine performance and sustainability standards in the electric vehicle (EV) segment. The JETWAY JUXe tyre will also be deployed on TATA Motors' EV buses, demonstrating a collaborative effort to drive innovation and sustainability in India's public transportation sector.
